Am Roofing

We had our roof done, our attic insulation topped up and our front door replaced. From the first visit from the sales rep Jimmy you could tell this company was very professional. They were a bit higher priced than the other quotes we had but they could do all 3 services we wanted done which no other company can do.

AM were 2 months late in starting. did roof in the winter.

rushed the job.

didn't install the drip edge properly. the roof leaks more now than before AM did the work.!!!!

Customer service is horrible. Consultant was late to the appt and quoted me triple the price of everyone else.

Was also asked if my husband would be at the appt which made me second guess what decade these people are working

my roof leaked more after they were finished!

2019 we had a roof, siding and insulation front bay window front door replacement done by AM Group of Companies. AKA AM Roofing.

Nothing but great things to say. Great office support every question answered.

Very happy with the end result of all the work done.

Also used there 3 year no interest payments and that process was seamless as well.

Some of these other reviews seem like they are talking about a different company.

They took the time to explain everything showed me products for all their different divisions as the work we had done was not just a roof.

We didn't feel pressured to sign the rep used a computer program to show us all the different siding types and window colours and there appearance on our house.

The rep left us prices and we decided to go with them cause they were the most professional.

Very happy we did.

I live in Sarnia, Ontario and saw a flyer in the summer from AM Roofing. I needed my house sided and they offered no interest or payments for a year.

After I set up a appointment (their rep) Kevin came and gave my husband and I a quote. Kevin was great to talk to and didn't pressure us in any way. The price was right so we decided to go ahead and get the work done, but not until spring. However, I changed my mind when the manager of AM ROOFING called me and offered a percentage off if they could do the work in January.

So for a week the crew worked in very cold weather and Aubrey (there foreman) was excellent. He made sure my husband and I knew the times they would be here and if there were problems what might be the best course of action. I can't say enough good things about the work and workmanship that went into making my home look brand new.

I wish I would have found these reviews prior to signing up with them. I am not wasting anymore time on this company by detailing all issues we had but to sum it up quickly of all the trades that worked on our Cottage they were by far the worse. Simply put, I would never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone.

I had sales consultant from am roofing that quoted me $13,200 for doing my roof the *** guy was trying to convince me to go thru the insurance, I asked for an estimate sheet and he said that he would not disclose it with me perhaps I had other 4 quotes from different companies and they quoted a lot less close to $7,500. Am roofing is money hungry don’t go with am roofing beware .

I have a friend who used to work at AM Roofing, after getting a quote I contacted him about the quote and how I almost felt pressured to sign even though it was twice as much as my other three quotes. Lie number one is most of their crews are subtractors and not inhouse.

Lie number two, all men go through a twe week training program. He worked there for almost 4 months and never even had working at heights training but did watch a video. Lie number 3, they are the only ones that Owens Corning makes the duration shingle for. Its a special product that only they have.

All in all they are just a high pressure sales company who sale a dream that will not come true.

Go with the local more experienced companies and save your hard earned money.

But do your research and don't fall for smoke and mirrors. These guys are very good at just that.

I had AM Roofing complete my roof and insulation during the winter because of issues with leaks and ice buildup. Their sales staff came out to quote the project, out of 3 companies they were the only ones that bothered to look in my attic.

I liked that I was given all the information to make the right decision for my home. Their office then contacted me to confirm all the details and schedule our project. Everything ran smoothly, and they did everything as they said they would, from clean up, to scheduling and invoicing.

I can't wait to see the savings in my heating bills. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

I had called a couple of roofing companies as I was having condensation coming in my bathroom vent. Jeff the production manager came out to investigate. Not only did he diagnose the problem but was able to fix it on the spot.
